2014 Bush Prize for Community Innovation short film series

Through a short film series project with the Bush Foundation, Passenger recently had a chance to tell the stories of several nonprofits doing incredible work throughout the tri-state region.

These organizations are dedicated to creating better communities, and it was a privilege to help them share their work and the important impact it’s making.

Below are two of the ten short documentary films we produced.

Native American Community Development Institute

The Bush Foundation was established in 1953 by 3M executive Archibald Bush and his wife, Edyth. Inspired by the Bushes’ desire to build their community and encourage innovation, the Foundation has invested nearly one billion dollars in grants to thousands of organizations and individuals.
